On September 10, 2013 I completed 12 curl-ups, 33 push-ups and 92 step-ups at 150bpm on a 3min step test. On the 2nd of October I increased my fitness test I did 18 curl-up, 38 push-ups and 102 at 140bpm on the step up test. I improved my fitness assessment by just a little. I pushed myself hard to achieve more push-ups, curl-ups and my step-ups. My goal is to try to increase my fitness test by 5.
